Because of the overwhelming positive response of the effects of the course, and knowing Martin can’t get to every major city or country around the world, we created this online version of the workshop for you.  This workshop is designed not only to teach you to be a coach for someone else, but also how to coach yourself.  So, this is not just a coaching course, but also a Personal Development course.

The Workshop is broken up into 5 course sections composed over 60 videos and 12 hours of content.  In addition, you will also receive a bonus, new lecture on how coaches can best motivate others to world-class results. The course also comes with an interactive manual that challenges you with the life-shaping coaching questions Martin has collected over the last 2 decades.  The course is designed to pause as you work through your answers and there are also quiz questions at the end of each module to reflect upon and move to the next section.
